PICK-UP/SHIPPING – Buyer is responsible for moving the buildings. Pick-up of building must be removed within 30 days of end of auction. If you cannot retrieve the buildings within the time frame do not bid. Any item not picked up within 30 days will incur a $10 per day storage fee.

ONLINE CLOSING- 1^st lot will close Friday May 12 at 2pm with the next lot closing 1 minute later, then the next lot 1 minute after that and so on. If a lot receives a bid in the last minute prior to its closing than that lot will be extended for 1 minute and not affect the closing of other lots.

BIDDING- Northern Maine Community College Reserves the right to accept or reject any buildings bid. Gregg Auctions LLC provides internet bidding as a service to Bidders. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the during the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Gregg Auctions LLC or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly during the auction. Gregg Auctions LLC will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source.

LOTING- Gregg Auctions LLC reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.

WARRANTIES/VALUE- All property is sold as is where is. Gregg Auctions LLC may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising and on the internet but makes no representations. In no event shall Gregg Auctions LLC its representatives, employees or the seller be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.

INVOICES & EMAILS- After auction is complete invoices will be emailed out to winning bidders. CHECK EMAIL JUNK & SPAM folders along with your inbox folder for invoices.

CONTRACT BREACH- By registering for this sale you have agreed to all terms and conditions set forth. Declined credit cards and/charge backs on credit cards is a breach of this contract and may result in legal action with buyer/credit card holder responsible for all attorney’s fees.

MAINE LAW- Registering for this sale you have agreed to all terms and conditions set forth and Maine Auction Law, Title II, Sections 2-328 of the Uniform Commercial Code and the Statute of Frauds.
