Payment of cash, check, and wire transfer accepted with pre-approval from Gregg Auctions LLC. 13.5% buyers' premium for credit card purchases. 10% buyers' premium for cash or check. Wire transfer add $15 for U.S. transfers, $25 for international. Maine sales tax of 5.5% applies to all items. All items must be paid for before retrieval. Gregg Auctions will be available for live payment and pick-up of items at their yard starting June 26.

PICK-UP/REMOVAL — Gregg Auctions will be available for live payment and pick-up of items at their yard starting June 25, 8am–5pm. A paid invoice must be present to retrieve items regardless of location. Loading of items is the responsibility of the buyer. Gregg Auctions LLC, its representatives, employees, or the seller will not be held responsible for any damages to items or persons from assisting in loading of goods. Any item not removed by July 11 will be assessed a $30 per lot per day storage fee and will not be released until full storage payment has been made. Any item not removed within 30 days of the auction will be considered abandoned and will become the possession of Gregg Auctions LLC and may be resold with all proceeds retained by Gregg Auctions LLC. It is the buyer's responsibility to contact the location representative of their purchased items to coordinate pickup — see CONTACTS FOR ADDRESSES at the bottom of the terms of this sale.

LOCATION — Items located throughout the area — read description for address of lots. If an item does not have an address in the description it is located at our yard — 830 Mapleton Rd., Mapleton, ME 04757.

PREVIEW — Items located at 830 Mapleton Rd. will have a preview June 23, 1–5pm. Other addresses are by appointment — see CONTACTS FOR ADDRESSES at the bottom of the terms of this sale.

DISCONNECTS — Buyer is responsible for all disconnects, covering, and sealing of connections left by items removed from the property. All disconnections and associated work must be performed by a qualified, licensed technician within industry-accepted guidelines and pertinent laws.

SHIPPING — Gregg Auctions can assist with shipping logistics. Shipping, handling, and logistics charges will apply.

IMAGES/DESCRIPTIONS — Images may not be of the actual item but are representative. All images and descriptions should be reviewed prior to bidding. Gregg Auctions LLC may attempt to describe merchandise in advertising and on the internet but makes no representations. Images and descriptions are believed to be correct, but it is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value, or any other determinative factor.

ONLINE CLOSING — The 1st lot will close Wednesday, June 24 at 2pm. Each subsequent lot closes 20 seconds after the previous. If a lot receives a bid in the last minute prior to closing, that lot will be extended 1 minute without affecting the closing of other lots unless they are linked. Linked lots are similar items — if any linked lot receives a bid in the last minute, all lots linked to it will be extended 1 minute. Items with a quantity greater than one are times the money (bid x quantity = price).

BIDDING — Gregg Auctions LLC provides internet bidding as a service to bidders. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly during the auction. Under no circumstances shall the bidder have any claim against Gregg Auctions LLC or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly during the auction. Gregg Auctions LLC will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Gregg Auctions LLC reserves the right to accept or refuse all bids.

LOTTING — Gregg Auctions LLC reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. Lot numbers and sale order may change.

WARRANTIES/VALUE — All property is sold as-is, where-is. Gregg Auctions LLC may attempt to describe merchandise in advertising and on the internet but makes no representations. In no event shall Gregg Auctions LLC, its representatives, employees, or the seller be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.

INVOICES & EMAILS — After the auction is complete, invoices will be emailed to winning bidders. Check your junk and spam folders along with your inbox. Invoices will include pick-up times and locations. If you believe you are the winning bidder of an item and have not received an invoice within 24 hours of the auction closing, email greggauctions@gmail.com.

CONTRACT BREACH — By registering for this sale you have agreed to all terms and conditions set forth. Declined credit cards and/or chargebacks are a breach of this contract and may result in legal action, with the buyer/cardholder responsible for all attorney's fees.

MAINE LAW — By registering for this sale you have agreed to all terms and conditions set forth and Maine Auction Law, Title II, Sections 2-328 of the Uniform Commercial Code and the Statute of Frauds.
