Cash-check payments can be made at pick-up.

PICK-UP/REMOVAL(non-firearms)- Thursday, December 18, between 12:00 pm-5:00 pm., If you cannot retrieve your items at this time and do not want to pay for shipping, do not bid. Any item not picked up at the set times with no prior shipping arrangements will be considered abandoned. No item(s) will be released until invoices have been paid in full. No equipment or auction staff will be available to load, dismantle, disconnect auction items. Winning bidders will receive an email about pick-up or shipping. SHIPPING (non-firearms)-Winning bidders will receive an email about pick-up or shipping. If shipping is preferred, click on the ship button. Shipping and handling rates will be calculated after items are packaged and not shipped until paid. Large items will require crating with a minimum of $500 charge plus shipping/freight charges. FIREARMS- All firearm transfers will be handled through Spartan Arms and Ammo- 5 Maple St. Presque Isle Maine 04769. Firearms Sold Must have a ATF Form 4473 Completed for Purchase, included parts guns. All firearm purchases will have a $20 transfer fee (for each) added to invoice(s). Pick-up of firearms will be conducted at Spartan Arms, A paid invoice must be present to retrieve any item. Shipping of firearms must be sent to a licensed federal firearm dealer with all shipping, handling and transfer costs paid by the buyer.

ONLINE CLOSING- 1^st lot will close Wednesday December 17 at 2pm with the next lot closing 20 seconds later, then the next lot 20 seconds after that and so on. If a lot receives a bid in the last minute prior to its closing than that lot will be extended for 1 minute and not affect the closing of other lots unless they are linked. Linked lots are lots that are similar or relevant with one another; if any linked lot receives a bid in the last minute than all lots linked will be extended 1 minute. Items with a quantity greater than one are times the money (bid x quantity=price),

BIDDING- Gregg Auctions LLC provides internet bidding as a service to Bidders. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the during the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Gregg Auctions LLC or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly during the auction. Gregg Auctions LLC will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Gregg Auctions LLC reserves the right to accept or refuse all bids.

LOTING- Gregg Auctions LLC reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. Lot numbers and sale order may change.

WARRANTIES/VALUE- All property is sold as is where is. Gregg Auctions LLC may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising and on the internet but makes no representations. In no event shall Gregg Auctions LLC its representatives, employees or the seller be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.

INVOICES & EMAILS- After auction is complete invoices will be emailed out to winning bidders. CHECK EMAIL JUNK & SPAM folders along with your inbox folder for invoices. Invoices will have information as to pick up times and locations. Email greggauctions@gmail.com you believe you are the winning bidder of an item and have not received an invoice via email after 24 hours from the end of the auction.

CONTRACT BREACH- By registering for this sale you have agreed to all terms and conditions set forth. Declined credit cards and/charge backs on credit cards is a breach of this contract and may result in legal action with buyer/credit card holder responsible for all attorney’s fees.

MAINE LAW- Registering for this sale you have agreed to all terms and conditions set forth and Maine Auction Law, Title II, Sections 2-328 of the Uniform Commercial Code and the Statute of Frauds.
