Payment of cash, check, and wire transfer accepted with pre-approval from Gregg Auctions LLC. 13.5% buyer's premium for credit card purchases. 10% buyer's premium for cash, check, or wire transfer. Wire transfer: add $15 for U.S. transfers, $25 for international. Maine sales tax of 5.5% applies to all items. All items must be paid for before retrieval; payment may be made in person at pick-up.

PICK-UP/REMOVAL- Thursday September 17, from 2:00pm-5:00pm. If you cannot retrieve your items see the shipping section of the terms of the sale. Any item not picked up at the set times with no prior arrangements will be considered abandoned. No item(s) will be released until invoices have been paid in full. Forklift will be available to assist in loading. No auction staff will be available to dismantle or disconnect auction items. Winning bidders will receive an email about pick-up; click the pick-up button to schedule a time.

SHIPPING- Shipping is not offered for this sale. If you need items stored temporarily or need to arrange freight/trucking, contact Gregg Auctions prior to bidding to confirm storage is available.

LOCATION- Birdseye Ave., Caribou, ME 04736. Straight through the gate at the sharp corner on Birdseye Ave. Drive between buildings; the auction is in the building on the right in the fenced area.

IMAGES/DESCRIPTIONS- All images and descriptions should be reviewed prior to bidding. Gregg Auctions LLC may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising and on the internet but makes no representations. Images & descriptions are believed to be correct, but it is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor.

ONLINE CLOSING- Bidding will start Tuesday September 15, at 2:00pm with the 1st lot to close Wednesday September 16, at 2:00pm with the next lot closing 60 seconds later, then the next lot 60 seconds after that and so on. If a lot receives a bid in the last minute prior to its closing then that lot will be extended by 1 minute and will not affect the closing of other lots, unless they are linked. Linked lots are lots that are similar or have part of a set; if any linked lot receives a bid in the last minute then all lots linked with that lot will be extended 1 minute. Items with a quantity greater than one are sold at the bid price times the quantity (bid x quantity = price).

BIDDING- Gregg Auctions LLC provides internet bidding as a service to Bidders. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly during the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Gregg Auctions LLC or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly during the auction. Gregg Auctions LLC will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Gregg Auctions LLC reserves the right to accept or refuse all bids.

LOTTING- Gregg Auctions LLC reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. Lot numbers and sale order may change.

WARRANTIES/VALUE- All property is sold as is, where is. Gregg Auctions LLC may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising and on the internet but makes no representations. In no event shall Gregg Auctions LLC, its representatives, employees, or the seller be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.

INVOICES & EMAILS- After auction is complete, invoices will be emailed out to winning bidders. Check email junk and spam folders along with your inbox folder for invoices. Email greggauctions@gmail.com if you believe you are the winning bidder of an item and have not received an invoice via email after 24 hours from the end of the auction. Invoices must be paid in full prior to retrieving items regardless of location.

CONTRACT BREACH- By registering for this sale, you have agreed to all terms and conditions set forth. Declined credit cards and/or chargebacks on credit cards are a breach of this contract and may result in legal action, with the buyer/credit card holder responsible for all attorney's fees.

MAINE LAW- By registering for this sale, you agree to all terms and conditions set forth and to Maine Auction Law, Title 11, Section 2-328 of the Uniform Commercial Code and the Statute of Frauds.
