PAYMENT-US Funds 10% buyers’ premium for- cash or check. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express accepted with a 13.5% buyers’ premium. 5.5% sales tax applies to all items. Full payment due at time of purchase.

PREVIEW- Units will be open for bidders to view contents of units for a maximum of 5 minutes prior to bidding of unit. No people we be permitted to enter unit during preview.

PICK-UP/REMOVAL- Items are sold for immediate removal. Loading of items is the responsibility of the buyer, Gregg Auctions LLC its representatives, employees or the seller will not be held responsible for any damages to items or persons in loading of goods.

BIDDING- Bidders must register with Gregg Auctions

LLC. to receive a bidder number prior to bidding (registration will start at 9:00am auction day at auction location. Gregg Auctions LLC reserves the right to accept or refuse any bids Gregg Auctions LLC will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. In the event bid dispute or tie bid the auctioneer will be the sole judge and may reopen the bidding, choose the winning bidder or make another decision dependent on circumstances.

WARRANTIES/VALUE- All property is sold as is where is. In no event shall Gregg Auctions LLC its representatives, employees or the seller be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.

CONTRACT BREACH- By registering for this sale you have agreed to all terms and conditions set forth. Declined credit cards and/charge backs on credit cards is a breach of this contract and may result in legal action with buyer/credit card holder responsible for all attorney’s fees.

MAINE LAW- Registering for this sale you have agreed to all terms and conditions set forth and Maine Auction Law, Title II, Sections 2-328 of the Uniform Commercial Code and the Statute of Frauds. This auction is under the jurisdiction of the State of Maine Department of Professional and Financial Regulations, Board of Licensure of Auctioneers, 35 State House Stations, Augusta, Maine, 04330.
